We are incredibly proud of the recognition we have received for our work.

Carpet cleaning is a tough and physically demanding trade, and to receive appreciation for our efforts makes those early mornings and late nights more than worthwhile!

We are particularly proud of the awards we have received because they have been earned through the submission of genuine local customer reviews and testimonials that are independently verified and checked.

Local & Loved Awards 2015

In 2015, we were voted top carpet and upholstery cleaning company in the UK by industry customers and awarded 1st place out of all business in town, in addition to placing in the top 50 out of all UK businesses, in all industries, that were entered into the awards (I also scooped the end of night Ultimate Achiever Award for businesses in South Wales).

Business Growth Wales Awards 2016

In 2016 we were voted “Best Business In Town” and placed in the top 50 businesses nationwide, as well as being a finalist in the Customer Service Excellence category.

Regional Awards 2016

Most recently we were top 3 finalists for “Tradesperson Of The Year” as voted for by an independent judging panel.

 

Great customer service and a trustworthy reputation is incredibly important to me.

Our approach has always been to under-sell and over-deliver. We’re not a faceless organisation where you’ll be passed from pillar to post … we’re always at the end of the phone available to answer any queries you may have.
